    Join us for a practical walkthrough of how scheduling and visit capture work together to support accurate Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) in HHAeXchange. This session focuses on building clean schedules and capturing visits correctly to help prevent EVV issues and reduce the need for manual follow-up.

    You’ll learn how to create and manage individual and recurring schedules, update calendars efficiently, and ensure visits are captured accurately using approved EVV methods. We’ll also cover how caregivers clock in and out using the HHAeXchange Mobile App and IVR, and how timing, location, and visit confirmation support EVV compliance. By strengthening scheduling and visit capture practices, agencies can improve visit accuracy, reduce errors at the source, and streamline daily workflows.

    Topics will include:

    • Create and manage individual visits, master weeks, and recurring schedules
