📊 Integration Rejection Dashboard

This new dashboard brings rejection management directly into the Payer Portal, providing your team faster access to issues, clearer trend visibility, and more efficient resolution workflows. No more downloading files or digging through SFTP logs.

🔍 Provider EVV Type Visibility

You can now see if a provider uses HHAeXchange EVV or a third-party system. Since data timing can vary, this helps you manage providers, set clear expectations, and track performance across your network.

🚨 Smarter Service Gap Monitoring

Enhancements to No Services alerts allow you to tailor alert thresholds based on provider EVV type. This helps reduce false alerts and better reflects how providers submit visit data to ensure your team can focus on real gaps in care.

⚙️ More Flexible Workflows
 New shift overlap tolerance options at the service code level provides flexibility while still maintaining control.
