    Business Intelligence Dashboards

Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboards make reporting easy, fast, and prescriptive, helping agencies make sense of the overwhelming amount of data they have access to. BI Dashboards surface insights that allow agencies to act quickly and transform their efficiency and profitability. There are dashboards available for several key areas within an agency’s business, including authorizations, billing, payroll, EVV compliance, and more.

    DAO

    Digital Applicant Onboarding

Digital Applicant Onboarding (DAO) is a function within the HHAeXchange application that streamlines the conversion of agency applicants into actual caregivers through an agency-configured Caregiver Applicant Portal. Providers use DAO to access, create, and manage application forms, workflows, and theme-related settings for their Caregiver Applicant Portal.

Condition Codes & Billing Review Hold Now Available for Internal Contracts

Two new features which were previously available for certain linked contracts are now available on for internal contracts: the Missing Caregiver Professional License Number (PLN) billing hold and Condition Code. With this update, condition codes will be visible for users to select at the visit level and export it for adjustment claims for internal contracts. Condition code is applicable only for adjustment or void type of claims. If a visit is missing a caregiver PLN, the visit will stay in billing review hold for internal contracts. Users can then review visits, add necessary PLNs, and clear the visits to be invoiced. Please note that billing review hold does not apply to condition code – only missing PLNs.

    Credit Type Field

    New "Credit Type" Field

A new Credit Type dropdown field will save time by easily separating out credit types while running reports. This will make reconciliation a breeze as you can quickly identify amounts collected versus deposited.

    Guardrails for UPR

Guardrails for Universal Patient Records (UPR) Contracts

Payer Guardrails are now available for Universal Patient Records (UPR) Contracts in addition to legacy linked contracts. Guardrails place controls on how authorizations can be allocated by providers, ensuring that hours are available throughout a designated period. With this enhancement in place, HHAeXchange can now turn on the UPR feature for more providers, enabling merging of any duplicate patient records.
