Starting March 1, claims for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) made to the Ohio Department of Medicaid must have a matching EVV visit record. Claims that do not match will be denied.
Navigating this change can seem challenging. We want to simplify the process for you through training, resources, and support.
To make sure you’re ready for this change, we’re inviting you to our Tuesday training series, designed to help your agency improve efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize your claims process. Each session covers a key operational area, and you can register for one or all of them based on your needs.
Training Schedule (Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.; with Open Q&A Sessions on Thursday).
Setting Up Recipients: Easily search for recipients, enter Medicaid IDs, and complete required fields like programs, service codes, and authorizations.
Managing EVV Authorizations: Add and update EVV authorizations, ensuring critical data is in place for validation.
Creating Direct Care Worker/Employee Records: Set up and manage employee records, enable mobile access, and use bulk creation tools for efficiency.
