Complete the Learning Management System (LMS) Please complete the self-paced course through the HHAeXchange Learning Management System (LMS)Credentials for your agency were sent to the contact person included on your Setup Up Survey and can be shared with different users to review role-specific training. If you do not have access to your LMS login details, please access the HHAeXchange Client Support Portal
Begin entering and managing your Caregivers/Direct Care Workers in the Portal:
To expedite a request for Provider Portal or Learning Management System Credentials, please submit the following information when submitting a ticket via our Client Support Portal at https://www.hhaexchange.com/supportrequest
Please submit your: Organization Name, TAX ID (required), Admin Email Address, Date you submitted the Provider Set Up Form
Provider Portal Set-up: Complete the HHAeXchange Provider Portal Set Up Form (if you have not already) to receive access to the HHAeXchange Provider System.
You should receive your LMS credentials within 2-5 business days
Allow an additional 3-5 business days for your Provider Portal credentials
If you do not receive your credentials in the suggested timeframe, please submit a Support Request ticket on our Client Support Portal: https://www.hhaexchange.com/supportrequest
