Dear Provider,
As outlined in the kickoff letter from Mississippi’s Division of Medicaid (MS DOM), HHAeXchange is partnering with FEI Systems to help connect providers to the Mississippi Division of Medicaid for EVV compliance. Please note that the transition from MediKey to the new EVV system occurs on August 1, 2023, for waiver providers. This will result in all providers no longer being able to access the MediKey system effective 11:59 PM Central on July 31, 2023.
Providers in scope for this implementation with HHAeXchange are required to take the action steps outlined below:

Complete the Mississippi Medicaid - HHAeXchange Provider Set Up Form
To complete your portal configuration before the go live date of August 1, 2023, you are required to complete the Mississippi Medicaid - HHAeXchange Set Up Form no later than June 30, 2023. The information provided through the Provider Set Up Form is critical to configure your EVV Portal, ensuring that your agency can remain compliant.
