# Information Session
## July 23, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. ET
MassHealth has teamed up with Sandata as its Commonwealth-sponsored Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) provider. We will be providing a series of Info Sessions to help you and your agency along the path of onboarding, engaging with EVV, and necessary workflows to get you set up to begin capturing visit data. Whether you’re new to EVV, choosing an alternate vendor for your EVV needs, or looking to enhance your understanding, these sessions will provide the critical insights and guidance needed to ensure your success.
Topics will include:
- The Cures Act and what is EVV
- MassHealth Program Recap
- Provider Self-Registration Portal
- Alternate EVV Specification and Technical Review
- Vendor Portal Access
- Training opportunities for both Sandata Users and Alt-EVV Users
We encourage all providers who are in-scope for EVV to attend these sessions. If you are a provider using an alternate vendor for EVV, we encourage you to include your vendor in these sessions.
