These trainings will be every day from Monday – Friday, starting today at 10:00 a.m. EST with a live Q&A chat option available to you for any questions or concerns. Please be sure to complete the next step by signing up for our System User Training webinar. It's VERY important to attend this training as it will provide you with detailed instructions on utilizing the HHAeXchange system.
The information listed below provides a description for each course. The intended audience for each appears in parenthesis, based on the “role” in HHAeXchange: System Administrator (Admin), Billing Staff (Biller) and Agency Coordinator/Staffing/HR (Coordinator).

Thursday, 02/23: System User Training Day 2 - Florida Community Care
• What will be covered - Billing and Administration
• Who should attend: Admin and Billing. Coordinator optional.
Friday, 2/24: HHAeXchange Introduction to EDI Integration
• What will be covered - HHAeXchange Introduction to EDI Integration
• Who should attend: EDI providers ONLY
