Updates for Pennsylvania providers

we think you'll be interested in.

 Hello there,

We would like to share some important updates that may impact your workflows and improve efficiency in your day-to-day operations. These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to ensuring you have the most accurate, up-to-date resources at your fingertips.

Service Code Addition – In-Home Social Work Visits

The service code S9127, designated for In-Home Social Work Visits, has been added to our Knowledge Base under the Procedure Codes Table for the payer Keystone EPSDT.

For further details, please refer to the Pennsylvania EDI Code Topic in our Knowledge Base.

EDI Providers Update – Missed Visit Information Import

Before marking a visit as missed using the PA Missed Visit Specification, it is important to first create the visit schedule. This must be done using the Homecare EDI Import to ensure that all necessary scheduled visit details are established in the system before submitting missed visit details.

This is the current workflow, but we are providing additional clarification to help prevent errors and improve efficiency in reporting missed visits. We understand the importance of accurate visit tracking and are committed to making the process as seamless as possible.

For further details, please refer to the Pennsylvania Missed Visits Info Import Topic in our Knowledge Base.
