What’s Next
Thank you for submitting your Oklahoma Provider Portal Registration Form. We are using the details you provided to configure your portal. On November 4, you will receive an email containing your portal credentials and access to your on-demand training. This is the first in a series of emails that will guide you from getting your portal set up all the way through the billing process.
You can explore our Knowledge Base now if you are interested in learning more about HHAeXchange. Also, please remember the Oklahoma Info Center is a great place to stay up to date with all things related to this implementation.
Billing Requirements
Although billing is in scope for this implementation, claims cannot be submitted through HHAeXchange as part of the soft launch. We will let all providers know when claims can be submitted through HHAeXchange. In the meantime, please continue with your current billing method.
If you're using the MCO-sponsored system, you can start EVV immediately after completing your training. Agencies integrating with a third-party vendor can interact with HHAeXchange once they've completed the training and the electronic data integration (EDI) process is finalized.
