With the HHAeXchange+ mobile app, you’ll improve on-the-go workflows with your service providers, increase EVV utilization, and drive efficiencies for service providers and administrators alike.
We’re continually making improvements to the HHAeXchange+ user experience. Check out a snapshot of recent updates below.
January Release (24.01)
- Improved GPS precision during the clock-in and clock-out process that facilitates transparency for visit location. The “Community Visits” label has been renamed to “Member’s Home,” and is enabled by default, but can be easily switched to a specific, exact GPS location if needed.
- Added multi-language support, specifically for the Karen language password reset flow.
- Implemented a new backend SSL certificate, to prevent app outages due to certificate issues.
December Release (23.12)
- Created a more reliable clock-in and clock-out process, with the introduction of clear loading indicators to keep users informed during background tasks.
- Revamped push notifications, so that when users click on a push notification, they will now seamlessly be directed to the relevant page, for a more intuitive experience.
- Smoother management of consecutive shifts, with improvements to the way calls are linked to ensure more accurate handling of call data.
November Release (23.11)
- Streamlined clock-in and clock-out workflows with improved GPS precision, using last known and best accuracy methods for enhanced EVV management and improved user experience.
- Enhanced dynamic search for patients (max 90 records). A new banner notification includes detailed user instructions, users can now sort by name, and load times are faster.
- Streamlined clock-in, fixing clock-in time issues for service providers using a FOB. Resolved Biometric 2FA concerns for faster clock-in and visit searches, and ensured caregivers can now clock out for unscheduled visits without any issues.
October Release (23.10)
- Service providers can now easily reset their HHAeXchange+ password by triggering a password reset code, sent to their email. Service providers no longer need to depend on push notifications.
- Addressed inconsistencies with unscheduled visits, making unscheduled visits visible on the schedule page and enabling service providers to search for unscheduled visits.
- The Patient List search results have doubled, increasing from 15 visible patients to 30. Service providers can access additional patients by clicking on a load more button.
