The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) will begin checking Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) using a phased approach. This means any claims without proper EVV matching data will be denied and will not be paid. We're here to support you in claims validation and make sure you're prepared to resolve errors quickly.

1. EVV – Provider ID does not match
2. EVV – Recipient ID does not match
3. EVV – Procedure code does not match
4. EVV – Unmatched Units
