April 3, 2023 is the Go-Live date for Florida Community Care providers. Florida Community Care and HHAeXchange want to ensure that all providers feel confident with the upcoming implementation.
Next Steps: You are recognized as a provider within scope at HHAeXchange for this implementation. Please review the following with urgency based on your current provider status on your HHAeXchange and Florida Community Care implementation next steps.
Providers that currently have a portal set up with HHAeXchange:

- Your HHAeXchange Portal has now been linked with Florida Community Care starting on March 15th, 2023. Please review the system workflows internally and enter in your additional caregiver details for Florida Community Care.
- Member and Authorization Data will be loaded into the system prior to go-live. Once the information is loaded, you will receive a communication from HHAeXchange and then you can begin to schedule out your members utilizing the Authorization information for EVV compliance
Providers using their own 3rd party EVV Tools:

- Reach out to EDIsupport@hhaexchange.com to begin the integration process and setup
- Verify that members and authorizations are visible in your HHAX portal.
Does your agency have an HHAeXchange portal?

- If not, complete the HHAeXchange Provider Portal survey to receive your HHAeXchange Portal credentials.
- The admin user in your agency can create the users for other team members using the Admin tab>User Management>Users
- Reach out to support@hhaexchange.com for any questions or to simply help with portal credential details
- Providers using 3rd-party EVV Tools: Upon completing the survey, please reach out to EDISupport@hhaexchange.com to begin the integration process and setup.
