  • NY, Task Code Name Change:  
    • The Alternate EVV/EDI documentation has been updated to rename a tab for clarity: “EDI V5 MJHS Hospice Plan of Care Task Codes” is now “V5 Visit File Plan of Care Task Codes.”
  • IL, MI, MN, MS, NJ, WV, API

    Specifications Diagnosis Codes Update:

    • The Diagnosis Codes field in all state EVV Data Aggregator API specifications has been updated to include format guidance, supporting upcoming validation and consistency.
  • IL, Specification Updates:   
    • Illinois providers must now submit caregivers' full 9-digit SSNs, while the Professional License Number is optional and the UMPI is no longer required—please review your processes to ensure compliance.

Recently added to the Knowledge Base:

    •  Auto Placement Error Rejections, Ready for Resubmission:
      HHAeXchange has resolved a visit rejection issue related to the "Allow Auto Placement" flag, and affected providers are asked to resubmit any previously rejected visits.
