Consumer Directed (CDS) Employers Quarterly EVV System Refresher Training
March 12, 2026 at 10 AM CST
Join us for a guided overview designed specifically for Texas Consumer Directed Services (CDS) Employers and Designated Representatives (DRs) to support accurate Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) compliance.
This session focuses on the day-to-day tools and processes needed to manage CDS Employee visits effectively using HHAeXchange.
Participants will learn how to navigate the HHAeXchange Services Portal to review and manage CDS Employee shifts, as well as how EVV visits are captured through approved methods, including the HHAX+ Mobile Application, toll-free number, and Alternative Devices. We’ll walk through common EVV scenarios, demonstrate how to identify and resolve frequent shift errors, and explain best practices for monitoring accurate clock-in and clock-out activity. By strengthening EVV oversight and portal navigation skills, CDS Employers can streamline operations and stay aligned with Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) requirements.

- Explain how CDS Employees clock in and out using the mobile app, toll-free number, or Alternative Device
