Single Sign-On (SSO) is an identification method that enables users to log in to multiple applications and websites with one set of credentials. SSO can help your employees seamlessly log in to the applications that they use frequently, without needing to remember another username or password.
Introducing Single Sign-On for CareConnect
CareConnect, one of HHAeXchange's preferred partners, is a suite of solutions that makes it easy to acquire, onboard, place, train, and retain caregivers – on any device, at any time. CareConnect has helped agencies increase their caregiver pool by 25%, onboard and place cases 25% faster, and increase caseload up to 40%.
With SSO, caregivers can access the full capabilities of the CareConnect app directly from the HHAeXchange app. This enables caregivers to easily pick up additional shifts, stay compliant with easy access to required training, and save time when logging into their work apps. How to Turn On SSO for your Caregivers
Follow these steps to activate SSO:
- Open the CareConnect web application
- Click "Agency Settings"
- Scroll to the "Single Sign On (SSO)" settings box
- Toggle the "ON" button (show green) that is located to the right of “Single Sign On”
- Select your settings for applicable disciplines
- Create optional display message to appear in the mobile app
- Press "Save" at top of screen to go live
