Action Needed: Auto Placement Error Rejections

Dear Provider or Vendor,

On May 9, 2025, HHAeXchange resolved an issue causing visit rejections. The issue prompted the error message: "Allow Auto Placement flag should be enabled at service code level to send placement. Please contact EDI Support to update configurations."

This issue, which began appearing at the beginning of this year, has now been fully resolved.

Now that the fix is in place, we ask that you resubmit any visits that were previously rejected due to this specific error. Resubmissions should include visits dating back to the onset of the issue at the beginning of the year.

Thank you for your attention to this.

Best Regards,

The HHAeXchange Team
