Preparing for Billing Implementation & EVV Compliance

    July 16, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET

Fidelis Care NY is transitioning to EVV billing through HHAeXchange.

Fidelis Care NY is introducing a new billing requirement that will require network providers to submit visits and billing through HHAeXchange.

Whether you're already using HHAeXchange or just getting started, this session will walk you through

    • What's changing

    • What your agency needs to do

    • The resources available to help you prepare with confidence.

You'll leave with a clear understanding of upcoming requirements, key deadlines, and the steps you can take now to stay compliant and keep billing on time.

By the end of this session, you will understand:

    • Fidelis Care NY's new billing requirements and what they mean for your agency
    • Recent service code updates and how they impact EVV visit capture and billing

You will also know how to:

    • Prepare for the phased rollout of billing edits, including:

August 1, 2026: Soft edits begin, giving providers an opportunity to identify and correct billing and workflow gaps before enforcement

November 1, 2026: Hard edits take effect, and claims submitted outside of HHAeXchange will be rejected

    • Confirm your portal, service codes, and staff are ready for compliant EVV visit submission and billing
    • Access live training, recorded sessions, job aids, user guides, and the Fidelis Care NY resource hub
    • Know where to get help and how to resolve questions before enforcement begins

    "Should I attend?"

    Yes, if you are an:

    • Agency administrator, billing staff member, or scheduler responsible for EVV visit submission and claims billing

    • Provider currently billing through a third-party system or outside of HHAeXchange who will be required to transition to the portal
    • Provider whose service codes have recently been added or updated in HHAeXchange
    • Looking to better understand upcoming system changes, compliance requirements, and implementation timelines

🚨Beginning November 1, 2026, providers who are not submitting visits and billing through HHAeXchange risk claim rejections and payment delays. The time between now and enforcement is your opportunity to prepare, get trained, and ensure your agency is ready for a successful transition.
